ADORATION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT
Every Tuesday, we offer Eucharistic Adoration from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. During this period of adoration, at least one person must remain in prayer before Christ. Stop in to pray anytime on Tuesdays, but please consider coming for a committed time weekly, bi-monthly, or as an occasional substitute. Scheduled times are usually for an hour. Contact the parish office if you would like to volunteer.
INTERCESSORY PRAYER MINISTRY
A dedicated group of parishioners prays daily for intentions submitted each week. The Prayer Network could be compared to the four men who carried the paralytic to Jesus (Mark 2:1-12). Members receive the requests once a week unless the need is more urgent. To be a part of the prayer group, please contact the parish office. If you have a serious need you would like lifted up in prayer, please submit a request.
PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY
Do you knit or crochet? Please consider joining our Prayer Shawl Ministry! As you knit each stitch, the shawl becomes a prayer for those who receive it. The prayer shawl reminds them they are surrounded by God’s love and are given comfort by the prayers of others. If knitting or crocheting are not your talent, we will gladly accept donations of cash to purchase yarn. For patterns and additional information, contact parishioner Elaine Johnson, elmajo@me.com.
SHEPHERDS OF CHRIST MINISTRIES
Please join us with the Shepherds of Christ World Wide Ministries on Wednesdays from 10 AM to 11 AM as we pray for our priests throughout the world in all of their needs, for the renewal of the church and the world and for a spiritual way of life for people interested in the spiritual life.
