School Advisory Commission (SAC)

Our School Advisory Commission (SAC) is a team of dedicated parents and parishioners who partner with the pastor and principal to help our school grow and thrive. The SAC serves in an advisory role: sharing ideas, offering expertise, and supporting the mission of providing an excellent, faith-filled education for every child.

What We Do

The SAC works to keep our school strong in every area:

  • Faith & Mission: Ensuring our school remains rooted in Catholic values and the mission of the Church.
  • Academic Excellence: Supporting high-quality teaching and learning for all students.
  • Whole-Child Education: Promoting programs that nurture students’ spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and physical growth.
  • Finance & Resources: Assisting with budget planning, tuition considerations, and long-term sustainability.
  • Enrollment & Advancement: Helping with marketing, development, and community outreach to keep our school vibrant and welcoming.
  • Facilities & Safety: Offering school safety, maintenance, and technology planning input.

How We Work

The SAC is a consultative group; it gives recommendations to the pastor and principal but does not handle day-to-day school operations or personnel matters. Members collaborate closely with school leadership to ensure decisions reflect the mission and values of our Catholic community.

Who We Are

The commission typically includes 5–9 members who bring various talents and perspectives, along with non-voting ex officio members such as the pastor and principal. Members serve three-year terms and may lead or participate in marketing, finance, or facilities subcommittees.

Together, we share one goal: to help our school continue to grow in faith, excellence, and community.
