Dear St. Francis de Sales Parish School Families,
St. Francis de Sales Parish School is excited to participate in the 50th Annual Lake Geneva Electric Christmas Parade this Saturday at 5:00 pm! This year, our float will happily depict Noah’s ark filled with animals, both inside the ark and walking alongside, bringing this story to life with lights, creativity, and school spirit. We hope to see many of our families along the parade route: Come out and enjoy the lights, music, and festive Christmas cheer! Dress warmly!
Our annual Advent Breakfast is THIS Sunday, December 7th, at St. Francis de Sales! Join us from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm in the Parish Center for a joyful morning of food, fellowship, and community celebration.
Hosted by our St. Francis de Sales Parish Home and School Association, this event is the perfect way to gather after Mass and enjoy a festive start to the Advent season. A delicious breakfast buffet will be served, featuring pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, kringle, and a hot cocoa station. Families can also enjoy a 50/50 raffle, student-made ornaments, a kids’ craft area, and photos with Santa.
Beautiful poinsettias will be available for purchase to brighten your home for the holidays:
Proceeds from the poinsettia sale, along with the 7th– and 8th-grade bake sale, will benefit the students’ Washington, D.C., trip this spring.
Admission:
(Cash and credit accepted.)
We are still looking for volunteers to help with setup, serving, and cleanup. Whether you can give an hour or the whole morning, your help truly makes a difference. Families, middle school students, and parish members are all welcome to volunteer. Sign up here:

Thank you for helping us make this year’s Advent Breakfast a warm and memorable celebration. We look forward to sharing the spirit of Advent with you; please join us!
Students at St. Francis de Sales Parish School will attend the Feast of the Immaculate Conception Holy Day Mass this Monday, in place of our usual Thursday school Mass. As part of our celebration of this special Holy Day, we will also hold a Baby Item Drive to support life. Families are invited to donate diapers, wipes, baby cereal/food, and formula. Thank you for your generosity as we honor Our Blessed Mother and support families in need!
A sincere thank you to our 4-year-old Preschool, Kindergarten, and 8th-grade students for leading yesterday’s Advent Prayer Service! We also appreciate teachers Audrey Klein, Amy Lovelace, and Kim Vanderwerff for their guidance and support in helping prepare this special seasonal celebration.

Christmas Ornament!
Last chance to secure your student’s ornament for a suggested $10 donation! At Advent Breakfast, ornaments will no longer be labeled with student names as they will be offered to parishioners.
Christmas Parade
This year’s float theme “Noah’s Ark” we’re looking for any animal costumes (big or small, cute or cuddly!) that your little ones might have worn for Halloween and grown out of.
Do you have any animal costumes you’d be willing to donate or buy any on clearance while shopping?
They’ll be worn by our students during the parade as we bring Noah’s Ark and friends to life!
Thank you for helping us make the holidays magical!
You’re invited to our Advent Breakfast!
SEE YOU ON Sunday, December 7 from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM for a joyful morning to celebrate the Advent season together!
Enjoy a delicious breakfast, cozy up at the hot cocoa station, and take part in our 50/50 raffle. Families can also stop by for a picture with Santa, explore the craft area, and shop our bake sale and poinsettia sale.
It’s a wonderful way to gather as a school & parish community and share the spirit of the season — we can’t wait to see you there!
