Dear St. Francis de Sales Parish School Families,
You’re invited to our annual Home & School Dinner and Auction – Emerald Evening: Shining in Faith and Purpose – on Saturday, March 14th! This special evening is one of the most important ways we support and strengthen our school’s mission.
As part of this important event, our 50/50 Raffle is now underway, and its success depends on all of us. We are asking each family to commit to selling at least two packs of tickets. This small effort can make a significant difference in supporting our students, strengthening our programs, and advancing our mission. When every family participates, the impact is powerful.
Our 50/50 Raffle directly supports our students and school, and we’ve added some exciting incentives to encourage everyone’s participation:
Your participation not only makes a difference for our school, but it also brings plenty of fun and friendly competition along the way!
Important 50/50 Raffle Details:
The winning ticket will be drawn at Big Foot Country Club during the Dinner and Auction. The winner does not need to be present to win.
Thank you for your commitment to our school community. Let’s work together to make this our most successful raffle yet!
Building For Our Future: School Addition Update
We’re excited to share that progress on our new classroom additions is advancing steadily! It’s wonderful to see the vision for our expanded campus start to take shape.
If you’ve been on campus recently, you probably noticed the site preparation in full progress. The ground has been excavated, and the construction team is currently working on the concrete formwork. These wooden structures, or “forms,” serve as the mold for our new addition’s foundation. Once these are securely built, the concrete will be poured to create a solid base for our new classrooms.
With the increased activity, we have a few important reminders to keep our students and school family safe:
Looking ahead, as the foundation is being set, we will soon transition into the structural phase of the build. Working with Scherrer Construction and the Parish Building Addition team, we have already begun finalizing interior details, including selecting energy-efficient LED lighting fixtures to provide a bright, modern learning environment for our students.
Thank you for your continued patience and support as we grow. This addition is a testament to our commitment to providing the best possible learning environment for our students. To paraphrase St. Francis de Sales, we want our students to “be who they are and be that well.”
Thank you for being a part of our St. Francis de Sales Parish School Family!
