Newsletter – February 12, 2026

Dear St. Francis de Sales Parish School Families,

As we begin planning for the 2026–27 school year, I want to sincerely thank you for your ongoing commitment to Catholic education at St. Francis de Sales Parish School. Your partnership makes our mission possible. Our school is a vital ministry of St. Francis de Sales Parish. Together, we are forming students in faith, service, and academic excellence, preparing young people not only for academic success but also for lives rooted in Christ.

After careful review and consideration, Father Ray and the Parish Finance Committees have approved the tuition rates for the 2026–27 academic year. These rates reflect our ongoing commitment to

  • maintaining high academic and faith-based standards;
  • supporting and retaining high-quality teachers and staff; and
  • providing a safe, nurturing, and mission-driven environment for our students.

You will find the full tuition schedule attached to this email.

While tuition is necessary, it does not cover the entire cost of educating each student. Therefore, we depend on the support of our parish community, fundraising efforts, state programs, and family participation to close the gap. This collective effort enables us to continue providing a strong Catholic education in a responsible, sustainable, and accessible manner for our families.

We know that choosing Catholic education is an important decision for families. Tuition assistance is available, and we are here to support you through the process if you need financial help. Feel free to contact the school office with any questions about tuition, enrollment, or assistance.

Thank you for your faith, partnership, and trust in St. Francis de Sales Parish School. Together, we continue to build a school community that reflects the heart of our parish and the promise of our mission.

One meaningful way families can directly support this mission is through participation in our 50/50 Raffle. Your involvement not only strengthens the financial foundation of our school but also reinforces the shared investment we all have in the future of St. Francis de Sales.

Our annual Home and School Dinner and Auction, titled this year Emerald Evening: Shining in Faith and Purpose, takes place on Saturday, March 14th! To support our school’s mission, we are officially launching our 50/50 Raffle. Envelopes with Raffle Tickets were sent home with students yesterday. Each family is asked to sell at least two packs of tickets.

This 50/50 Raffle not only benefits our students and school directly, but there are also some great incentives for your participation:

  • Individual Rewards: Every family that sells their minimum of 12 tickets and returns them by March 13th earns a Casual Dress Day Dollar for their children!
  • Top Seller Grand Prize: The family or student who sells the most tickets overall will receive a $500 tuition credit for the 2026-27 school year!
  • Class Competition: The class with the highest percentage of sales per student will celebrate with a Pizza Party lunch!
  • School-Wide Challenge: If we sell over $10,000 worth of raffle tickets as a school, students from each grade level will be chosen to either spray silly string or throw a pie in a teacher’s or the principal’s face.

Here are the important details about the 50/50 Raffle:

  • Pricing: $10 per ticket or a full pack of 6 for $50.
  • Deadline: All money and tickets (sold or unsold) must be returned in their original envelopes by Friday, March 13.
  • Need more tickets? Additional tickets are available at the front office, or you can contact Traci to have more sent home.

The winning ticket will be drawn at the Big Foot Country Club during the Dinner and Auction. The winner need not be present to claim the prize. Let’s make this our most successful raffle yet!

At St. Francis de Sales Parish School, we are fortunate to have a strong partnership among families, the parish, and the school. Our school plays an essential role in the St. Francis de Sales Parish mission, committed to shaping future leaders grounded in faith, service, and community. As we grow, we want to communicate our SFdS story more clearly and effectively to both our current families and those considering joining our community. To do that well, we need your input. Your feedback helps us understand what makes our school unique and how we can better share our values, improve our outreach, and support future enrollment efforts.

 Why your input matters:

  • The goal: Improve marketing, strengthen communication, and guide future enrollment efforts.
  • The impact: Your honest feedback influences how we showcase our strengths to the broader community and address areas that need improvement.

We invite each family to take just a few minutes to complete our survey and share your perspective.

To complete the Survey:

Thank you for being a part of our St. Francis de Sales Parish School Family!
