Hello St. Francis families! Happy New Year!!!
What better time than this to catch up on some Home & School business?!
First and foremost, (and very overdue), a huge Thank You to those of you who’ve chaired one of our events thus far! We had Ali Berg and Sarah Hoffman running the Halloween party, which was hugely successful. Jess McCartan and Jamie Martzke oversaw the Advent Breakfast, which went off without a hitch! We were excited to offer Venmo as a payment option at the breakfast and are hoping to continue to have Venmo and/or Square as payment options in the future.
The float building for the Lake Geneva Christmas parade was chaired by Ashley Gaura and was so much fun! We also would like to give a huge shout out to our room parent coordinator, Renee Hochstrasser, who is doing a fantastic job with everything! It’s worth noting that almost all these coordinators are new to the role and some even new to our school! Way to step up!!!
Welcome to 2023; we have more fabulous events planned! Catholic Schools Week is coming up at the end of January. The Father Daughter Dance will be held at Celebrations on Wells on March 4th. This is always such a fun and special evening, so save the date! The Annual Benefit planning has begun, details coming soon!
Please join us for our January Home & School meeting on January 18th at 6:30pm. Location most likely will be the lodge at Grand Geneva ski hill to coincide with Ski Club. We will confirm the location as it gets closer!
Ski Club begins on January 11th and is a fun way to get the kids out on the slopes together! Check in with Renee Hochstrasser with any questions.
