Aftercare!

As a reminder, aftercare closes at 4:30.

Due to staffing we will not be able to offer babysitting on the night of conferences. Students are encouraged to attend the conferences with parents.

Report Cards

Report cards were posted last week. Please review them before your scheduled conference. If you need assistance with option c please email tracivavrina@sfdslg.org

In Person Conferences will be mandatory masks due to the influx of people in the building. We have done well staying in person learning and want to continue it the rest of the year.

3K-5 Conferences will be Thursday November 18th from 1:15-7:00 pm. We will have a 1:00 pm dismissal that day and lunch and bus service will be provided. Sign up for conferences is now open in Option C from grades 3K-5. Please write in the comments who is attending and if you prefer a virtual or in person conference.

Middle School Conferences will be that same day with a different set up. From 1:30-3:00 middle school will be doing virtual conferences with homeroom or specific teachers. The homeroom teacher will contact you on your specific time for a conference. From 3:15-7:00 all the teachers will be in the gym meeting with all parents in person, no specific time is needed. Please sign up on the attached google form for the tentative time you will be attending.

Morning Drop off

If you need to get out of your car to assist your child please pull up as far as you can so you don’t hold up the line. Please do not let your child out of your car at the gate entrance. Wait until cars leave and pull up to drop off spots.

It is that time again to start the yearbook! I am looking for any pictures that you may have taken at the halloween party, volleyball, and upcoming basketball season! We wouldn’t have a successful yearbook without your help! Thank you in advance!

Then create an individual page for each one of your kids (or if you create one page, then your family total will be split evenly between your children)– you can add a personalized picture, personalize the message or possibly have your child write something fun for all of your potential donors to read.
