Dear Parents,

We are busy getting ready for our students’ return.  Here are some reminders and a letter highlighting some of our updates.  Keeping communication open.

Please be sure you return your signed document from the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. I have attached another copy or you can find it on our website. Each family is asked to read and acknowledge this document.

Open House with Classroom Teachers will be scheduled during the first week of school. They will email you a time. If you are unable to make the time, the session will be recorded for you to review.

The Walworth Department of Health Parent Information sheet is attached for reference as well as on our new website.

It is VERY important for you to keep us informed if you or your child need to be quarantined. We will keep your information confidential and have it available for the Department of Health  as needed.

Parent Handbook and other important documents that went out in the “Red Folder” in the past, will be online in Option C. Parents, you have your own log-in to Option C. If you have never used your parent login or need directions for Option C, please email Traci and she will send you your information, username and temporary password.

Home checks each morning are required for each family.  We will be sending a checklist home for you to follow.  This will go home with your child the first day of school.  Please post it on your refrigerator and review it with your child every morning.

Verification Form from Option C will be emailed to each family. It is very important that your information, your emergency contacts are up to date.  If a child develops symptoms, as stated in the Department of Health document attached, you are required to have the child picked up immediately.  We will have an isolation room for any student with symptoms. We will need to have emergency contacts readily available.

Dr Greenberg has been generous enough to do training with our teachers, We will post a parent video and a student video will be used on campus to remind us of the process and procedures to keep us healthy.

Masks on when you arrive. Students will bring a second mask in a ziplock. Please be sure your masks and baggie are labeled. Masks need to be washed daily.

Students will go directly to their classrooms 8:10 to 8:25 with classes beginning at 8:30 Middle School students go to the 7th grade or 8th grade doors. Grade 6 will enter near their room. Grade 1-5 will use the main school entrance door across from the playground. Kindergarten & PK will be dropped off at the gym, through the Curtis Street entrance.

No school Sept 4th for mandatory In service from the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.  We will take time that day reviewing the process and procedures and reflecting on what is working and what areas need more attention.

I thank you for your continued support and communication.
