Lunch Menu Update
October 29: we do have a full school day. Hot lunch will be a cold bagged lunch provided by Badger.

Dress Code
As the weather is turning colder, this is a reminder that Oct. 15th starts our winter dress code, Pants and leggings under jumpers & skirts.

Please log on to cmgconnect.org to check if your volunteer requirements are up to date. Background checks need to be submitted every 5 years and driving requirements must be done every 3 years.

New to volunteering?

  1. Log on to cmgconnect.org.
  2. Create an account!
  3. Sign up for a Safe Environment Training (events are listed under Live Events and they are virtual at this time). When signing up you will be asked to enter your information for a background check to be run after the class is completed and to sign the Code of Ethics.
  4. In order to transport students, please watch the Be Smart Drive Safe video on the CMG Connect dashboard and fill out the volunteer driver sheet available in the office.

 ALL VOLUNTEERS AT SFDS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS.

Golf Outing
Thank you to everyone who supported our 1st Golf Outing on Saturday! All Money raised supports the Athletic Department.


Soles Walk Information

Thank you to all who came, walked and donated to our Soles Walk! All money raised supports our students! School contest deadlines are October 27. All donations accepted until Nov. 19.

Father Ray incentive!! If we beat $60,000 the students and staff get a day off of school! Let’s make this happen! Final Arch Deadline for donations is 11-19-21

This fundraiser was a huge success last year, and this year we are trying to raise $30,000 for our school. Every cent of this fundraiser stays directly at our school to directly benefit our children. The money earned will go toward all of the extra-curricular activities at school such as art, music, electives, etc. Plus, the Arch Diocese has sponsors in place that will match a percentage of our earnings as well. Each class has a goal of earning $2,500 (that is about $150-$250 per child in your class depending on how many are in your class). We know we can do it! 

GETTING STARTED

Donating is so easy for this fundraiser. Please create an individual page for each child in your family. This is how we will track donations and be able to accurately award prizes to your kids. You can share individual links or numbers to text for your children.

  2. Choose Become a Fundraiser on the St. Francis page.
  3. Then create an individual page for each one of your kids (or if you create one page, then your family total will be split evenly between your children)– you can add a personalized picture, personalize the message or possibly have your child write something fun for all of your potential donors to read.

You will get a confirmation email with your own text code that you can share with family and friends as well.

  Aftercare Help Needed!

SFDS Parish School Team is currently looking to fill a part time position of 

Aftercare Director. 

Hours are FLEXIBLE

Individuals should be energetic, reliable and motivated to work with students of all ages.  Duties include:

Supervision of students, planning of crafts and projects, and playing indoors & outdoors.
