It’s hard to believe that we are almost at the 3 year mark of collecting Project 2017 pledges for our church renovation. What an incredible journey this has been! Our total of pledges collected to date is $2,066,653. The generosity of our parishioners (and some visitors!) has been phenomenal. We reached and exceeded all of our goals! We are debt free and have extra money in an account to ensure that any capital costs or repairs on our campus can be taken care of without worry. If you have completed your pledge of $1000 or more, your name(s) are on a plaque on our donor wall by the breezeway entrance of the church. At the end of the campaign we will be compiling a donor ledger with the names of all of our donors. If you haven’t completed your pledge, please do so in a timely manner so that we can close out our books.
We are particularly grateful to Mary Huml who has volunteered over the past 3 years as our Campaign assistant. She has done a terrific job of tracking and documenting pledges as well as sending follow up letters. Her attention to detail has been a huge part of the success of our collections.
From all of us who have worked on the Project 2017 fundraising and renovation, thank you for making this dream become a reality for our parish!
