As you know, we have been conducting a capital campaign here at St. Francis de Sales called “Project 2017, Lighting the Way to the Future”. Our original goal of $1,000,000 was quickly surpassed, and our “miracle goal” of $1,500,000 was reached shortly thereafter.
About 7 weeks ago I offered you a new challenge with a new goal. This would result in extra dollars that will be above and beyond the costs of our renovation. We would then have a fund for the future capital needs of our church and school.
I’m very proud to announce that this week we actually surpassed $2,000,000! I am truly amazed and humbled by your generosity and spirit of sacrifice. This accomplishment will allow us to not only address all of the current renovation needs on our list, but also to strategically plan for future projects. By endowing our beautiful church, we will be leaving our legacy for future generations for many more years to come. THANK YOU for your help in “Lighting the Way to the Future”.
